Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in a similar way. In this policy we call them all “cookies”.

We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies to follow you around the web.
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the website and portal to work, for example to keep you signed in securely. The law does not require your consent for them, and they cannot be switched off.

Embedded video
Our homepage shows a background video hosted on YouTube, which is owned by Google. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits the information YouTube stores. YouTube may still store some information on your device when the video plays. See Google’s cookie policy for details.
Other websites
Our blog and other websites we link to, such as payment providers, are separate sites and may set their own cookies. Please check their cookie policies.
3. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the member portal. The ICO’s guidance on cookies explains how to manage them.
