Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the PharmaPlus website and member portal. Please read them carefully. By using the website or portal, you agree to them.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. About us

The website and member portal are run by Pharma Plus Limited (trading as PharmaPlus), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 04982646. Our registered office is Unit B1 Livingstone Court, 55 Peel Road, Harrow, Greater London, HA3 7QT. You can contact us at info@pharmaplusltd.co.uk or on 0208 863 3335.

These terms cover your use of the website and portal. Your membership itself, including fees and benefits, is governed by your membership agreement with us. If these terms conflict with your membership agreement, the membership agreement prevails.

2. Who can use the member portal

The member portal is for PharmaPlus member pharmacies and their authorised staff. Access is by invitation and approval only. We may decline or remove access at our discretion, for example if a membership ends or these terms are broken.

If you are a pharmacy administrator, you are responsible for making sure that the people you give access to are authorised by your pharmacy, and for removing access when they leave.

3. Your account

  • You must give accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.
  • Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
  • Tell us straight away at info@pharmaplusltd.co.uk if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website or portal, you must not:

  • enter patient information, or other health information about identifiable individuals. The portal is not designed to hold it;
  • use them for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • upload anything that is defamatory, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • upload viruses or other harmful code, or try to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems;
  • copy, scrape or resell portal content, or share it with people who are not members; or
  • interfere with the security or normal operation of the website or portal.

5. SOPs, resources and guidance

The portal provides Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) templates, training materials, and other resources to help member pharmacies. They are provided for general guidance only.

  • Each pharmacy, and its superintendent pharmacist and responsible pharmacist, remains responsible for reviewing and adapting SOPs to its own services, and for meeting the General Pharmaceutical Council’s standards, NHS contractual requirements, and all other legal and professional obligations.
  • Content on the website and portal is not professional, legal, clinical or financial advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for that advice.
  • We aim to keep content accurate and up to date, but regulations and guidance change. We do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate or current at all times.

6. Records you keep in the portal

The portal lets pharmacies record SOP sign-offs, training and competencies. Pharmacies are responsible for the accuracy of the records they add, and for keeping their own copies of any records they are required to keep. We will handle the information in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Orders and services

Services ordered through the portal are supplied at the price shown when you place your order, together with any specific terms we give you for that service. We will confirm how to pay when you order. An order is accepted when we confirm it.

8. Intellectual property

The website, portal and their content, including SOP templates, training materials, text, graphics and logos, belong to us or our licensors. Members may use and adapt portal content for the internal operation of their own pharmacy while their membership is active. You must not otherwise copy, publish, sell or distribute it without our written permission.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us permission to store and use it as needed to provide the portal to you and your pharmacy.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the website and portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or change them, for example for maintenance, security or updates. We will try to give notice of planned downtime where we reasonably can.

10. Links to other websites

The website and portal may link to other websites and resources, such as our blog, suppliers, payment providers and videos. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that:

  • the website and portal are provided for business use. We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
  • we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on SOPs, resources or other content, or from a pharmacy’s own records, decisions or failure to meet its regulatory obligations; and
  • our total liability to you in connection with the website and portal in any 12-month period is limited to the membership fees paid by you or your pharmacy in that period.

12. Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the portal if you break these terms, if your pharmacy’s membership ends, or if we need to for security reasons. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the website or portal after a change, you accept the updated terms.

14. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
